this is an arcade game that was released in 1989. it is a one or two-player game where the player plays as one of four chinese heroes on horseback from the three kingdoms period and try to kill hordes of enemies. this game is a scrolling beat'em up, in which players can swing their weapon to the left or right, or use magic. in the arcade version, adding coins increases the charcter's vitaility. the players' goal is to wipe out the huang ching, the organization responsible for the unrest of the han hynasty, and players can choose to be either shang fei, liu bei, kwan yu or shao yun.
